Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy – Bakson Veterinary
At Bakson Veterinary, we strive to ensure the highest quality of products and services. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Non-Returnable Products
All products sold on www.baksonveterinary.com are non-returnable due to their hygiene, health, veterinary care, and consumable nature.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders once placed on the Website cannot be cancelled.
- We request customers to review their orders carefully before confirming purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
- The risk of loss and title of products passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
- In case of incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong name, address, or contact number), any additional delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
4. Address Change Requests
If you wish to change your shipping address:
- Please email us immediately after placing the order.
- Address changes will be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
5. Reporting Issues (Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must email us with:
- Images of the product
- Invoice copy
- Inner and outer packaging
- Batch number (clearly visible)

👉 Please ensure:
- Clear images of the damaged/tampered portion are provided
- The product is kept unused and in original condition
If the recipient is unavailable:
- The courier partner will make reasonable delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails, re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s cost.
6. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken packaging/product
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
7. Return Conditions
To process a return successfully:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- The invoice must be available
- Batch number and price must be untampered
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is used or damaged after delivery
- Original packaging is missing
- Invoice is not provided
- Batch number or price is tampered
8. Important Conditions
- Do not use the product once a complaint has been raised
- Claims for tampered or pilfered deliveries must be made within 24 hours
- Failure to provide required details (images, invoice, packaging) may lead to rejection of the request
9. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Improper usage, negligence, or wrong application of the product
- Allergic reactions to products
- Incomplete complaint details or lack of proof
- Products returned without proper documentation
10. Processing Timeline
- Once your return is approved, please allow 10–15 days for processing
- We may contact you for additional details before approving your request
11. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
